Internal screening
Salt spray, humidity, adhesion, abrasion, hardness, viscosity, gloss and other laboratory checks to support formulation development.
Standard-based testing
Use of relevant ASTM / ISO methods such as ASTM B117 / ISO 9227 salt spray and related corrosion evaluation methods where applicable.
Third-party validation
External and accredited testing to be pursued where customer, project or certification requirements demand it.
Field trials
Application trials under real substrate, surface preparation, DFT, drying, handling and environmental conditions.
Transparency framework
Every claim should specify whether it is designed, tested, externally validated, certified or subject to project-specific confirmation.

Laboratory support for formulation and quality checks.
Test results and system performance depend on substrate preparation, film thickness, curing schedule, exposure condition, application method and inspection discipline. TranaCorr will provide project-specific recommendations after technical review.
